Teslin is a special textile product produced by shuttleless machines, featuring composite yarns with a special covering structure, namely PVC/PET core-type yarns. The core is made of high-strength polyester industrial filament, and the skin layer is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material that is resistant to aging and ultraviolet radiation. Polyester filament is stretched and coated, and then polished and cooled to form a composite thread with a smooth surface, waterproof, oil-proof, non-toxic and cool feeling. The warp yarns are made into yarns through an intelligent warping machine without the need for sizing. They are directly woven into nets on a winding rapier loom and then finished into the final product.
Material composition: 70%PVC, 30% high-strength polyester yarn.
Production process: 1. Coloring of environmentally friendly virgin PVC 2. Wrapping high-strength polyester yarn with colored PVC 3. Winding and straightening the warp 4. Weaving on the loom 5. Trimming and heat setting treatment to complete the production of the mesh fabric.
